Terms and Conditions

Legal Capacity: You represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Domain & Platform Fees: The buyer is responsible for purchasing their domain name and paying the monthly Shopify subscription.
Security & Ownership Transfer: Upon transfer, the buyer becomes the "Store Owner" and is solely responsible for immediately updating all passwords and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We are not liable for security issues occurring after the transfer.
Technical Support: Every purchase includes a 30-day technical support period. Support beyond 30 days is exclusively available through our Pro maintenance plan.
Final Sale: Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once the transfer process has been initiated.
Payment Policy: Monthly payments are mandatory until the balance is $0. If a payment is missed (Financing or Maintenance), we provide two (2) notice attempts before the store and services are temporarily frozen.
Maintenance Billing: For Professional prebuilt websites, maintenance fees are billed separately from the $100 monthly financing payment. Maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled anytime without affecting your website financing payments.
